(Editor's Note: The following is an explanation as well as a warning. There are some very evil people in the world. Some are in positions of great power in our country and some are in positions of great power in other countries. Wars have never had much to do with populations. The citizens just provide the fodder for the war machines. It's the regimes that hate each other, and those are the ones we need worry about. Their motives are borne out of greed and power.
